It's cold outside, yet you still want to wear a cute skirt or a short dress. Solution? Tights!

Tights can be worn with dresses, skirts, and even shorts. They can be colored or have an interesting texture or print. There's such a great selection of tights right now that you're bound to find the right pair for you.

The latest craze right now is to pair tights with shorts, which can be difficult to pull off. If you're a gutsy fashionista, opt for wearing dressy shorts (in fabrics like satin or silk) with patterned tights and suede pumps.
