That's why I've completely redesigned this look in Runway Inspired: 3 Looks under $120. This is my favorite outfit from Badgley Mischka's spring 2009 collection. It's chic and wearable, and I love the way it mixes floral patterns.
In redesigning this look, the most important thing was finding similar patterns and fabrics.
For the blouse, I looked for floral tops with sheer fabric. I also wanted to make sure it had ruffles, which adds to femininity of the outfit.
The skirt was a little tougher to match. It needed a floral pattern and I also wanted it to have lace overlay.
After searching for hours and scouring the Web for the best deals, I was finally able to recreate this Badgley Mischka almost perfectly. The best part is that it's all under $120 from head to toe.
