Site Seeing: Style.com
My go-to site for fashion and style is, of course, www.style.com.
They have all of the photos from the latest fashion shows, fashion industry news, fashion party photos, and everything else fashion-related that you can imagine!
It is the official home of Vogue magazine, so expect to see a myriad of content similar to Vogue.
The best feature about this site is the Power Search, which allows you to search runway photos for trends. I also love watching Vogue TV.
So if you're bored at work or if you want to browse a cool site, this one's for you!
P.S. To my budget beauties, I must announce that this is the last post of the summer special "Cheap Thrills". I've enjoyed finding cheap thrills for us (especially Eye Candy with Johnny Depp!), but summer will officially be over on Labor Day as we get into the swing of fall. But stay tuned for next summer's edition of "Cheap Thrills" beginning on Memorial Day 2010.
And don't worry, you'll still be getting all of your regular Beauty and the Budget fashion advice and shopping guides daily!
BookShelf: Who What Wear the book
For the ultimate fashion guide, get Celebrity and Runway Style for Real Life from the writers of www.WhoWhatWear.com.
I love Hillary Kerr and Katherine Power--the founders of the site. They're fashion wit and down-to-earth writing style keeps me checking their site every day.
So naturally when they announced they were publishing a "how-to" style book, I immediately purchased it!
I have to say, it was worth the investment, too. Every woman can use a few new fashion tips from some fashion savvy L.A. girls!
Get your copy today, and let me know how much you love it by posting below!
P.S. To my budget beauties, I must announce that this is the last week for the summer special "Cheap Thrills". Tomorrow will be the final post! (We'll be "Site Seeing" again, and I've gotten rave reviews about these posts!)
