Have you ever seen an item that you knew just belonged in your closet?

That's how I felt about this floral lace vest from Forever 21.

It was near midnight and I was extremely tired, but as a busy and restless woman, I didn't want to go to bed. (Sometimes I view sleeping as a waste of time, but that's another story.) I was browsing through their blog, The Skinny, and while I was actually looking for contests or chances to write for their site, I stumbled upon one of their latest posts, There's More Than One Way to Get All Dolled Up.

I saw the jacket, and I had to have it.

And at the price of $22.80, who can't resist this couture-esque style top?

Sometimes, beauties, we have to indulge ourselves in a small shopping venture, even if it's the beginning of the month and all of our bills are due.

But take it from a beauty on a serious budget, if you make an impulse buy that's sensibly priced, you won't regret it later.
