I'm not one to paint tiny witches on my fingers or even do candy corn stripes, but I knew that if I wanted to do a Halloween inspired manicure post for you guys--it had to be super simple.
Beauties, introducing the Halloween ombre manicure! For this manicure, basically all you have to do is find the right gradients of orange nail polish. Starting with the thumb, go from lightest to darkest. I was able to get access to some OPI shades, but you can find similar shades at your local drustore or even Walmart. Plus, you can also play around with different ombre manicure ideas--like purple, blue, or even gray! It looks really cool on, but yet it's also subtle too.
Here are the colors I used from light to dark: Essie's Tarte Deco, O.P.I. Atomic Orange, O.P.I. A Good Man-darin is Hard to Find, O.P.I. Cajun Shrimp (a favorite color of mine!), and O.P.I Monsooner or Later.
In the picture, I am holding Essie's Tarte Deco, which appears to be a peach shade but actually paints on a lot darker than what it looks like in the bottle.
